Informational agency “Tatar-inform” is one of ten central informational agencies, which cover governors’ work most actively. Such data was published by “Regnum” agency, which conducted research on frequency of mentioning the heads of Russian regions in media.

According to the published data, the part of informational agencies in covering governors’ work is the most significant among media. Three Tatarstan editions are among ten most active regional media resources, which write about governors. They are “Tatar-inform”, “The Republic of Tatarstan” newspaper, and electronic business newspaper “eTatar.ru”. Due to active work of regional media, Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaymiev is on the second place among ten heads of PFD regions, who are most often mentioned in media.
