The opening ceremony of the I International festival of Muslim cinema « Gold minbar » took place in movie theatre "Organic" of Kazan yesterday. The first of ten main prizes of festival - the «Gold minbar » figurine has already found the owner.

The winner of the International film festival for the contribution to toleration and education of the valid attitude to religious beliefs became the oustanding film director Vladimir Hotinenko and his film "Moslem".
